STEP1 Interview with the person himself/herself or ask the person who helps you in Japan to contact our office. We need to know in detail about the entrepreneur's experience, business plan, reason, and source of funds.

  • Company name (○○○○ Corporation, ○○○○ Contract Company など)
  • Company Location
  • Contents (purpose) of the company's business
  • Capital *Must be at least 5 million yen.
  • Supporting persons residing in Japan include company directors, etc.

STEP3 Identify officesTo identify the company's home store.
Owned property or leased property is fine, except that when leasing, it is necessary to sign a contract to become an office in the name of the company's legal entity, so make sure that it can be a property that is used as an office. STEP4 Remittance of capital fundsTransferring more than 5 million yen from a foreign bank to the bank account of your joint representative in Japan or to your own bank account.
At the same time, it is necessary to prepare the seal certificates of the representative members (the applicant himself/herself and two or more co-representatives residing in Japan), and to bring the documents with seals. STEP5 Procedures to be handled by our office Our office, together with our cooperative judicial scrivener and tax accountant, handles the procedures from the establishment of the company to the application for a visa, and then provides one-stop services for the procedures of applying for a visa after the establishment of the company. Our services are as follows:

  • Production of company seals
  • Production of an electronic version of the statutes
  • Notary Public Certification Procedures for Bylaws (in the case of Co., Ltd.)
  • Procedures for registering the establishment of legal persons
  • Application procedures for the opening of a tax office (professional tax advisors can be introduced)
  • Reporting Procedures under the Bank of Japan Exchange Control Act
  • Application Procedures for Certificate of Eligibility (COE)

It takes about 1 month from the establishment of the company to the visa application. Due to the review by the Immigration Bureau, most of the visa results take 3-4 months to come down, and there may be cases where the Immigration Bureau asks for additional information, which we will do in consultation with our clients.

What is a Certificate of Eligibility (COE)?

In addition to short-term visas to Japan, the first stage of applying for a visa at a Japanese embassy overseas is to submit a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) to the Immigration Bureau of Japan after being recognized as having suitable conditions. If you take the Certificate of Eligibility and apply for a visa at the Japanese Embassy, the visa will be issued quickly.STEP6 After the delivery of the Certificate of Eligibility and the receipt of the Certificate of Eligibility, we will send it to the applicant by EMS or other means.
The guest gets it and submits a visa application at the Japanese embassy (or agent) in his/her home country, and the visa will be granted in about a week in the case of China. This will allow you to come to Japan.
When you come to Japan, don't forget to register your residence at the city hall within 14 days of deciding where you want to live.
